Talked with Sales Manager Sean over the phone 3 weeks ago about a 2025 4 Runner. I was very particular with what I wanted. 2 weeks ago I went to the dealership in person and again stated what I wanted, color, trim and only the accessories I wanted. Unfortunately the vehicle I described was not on the lot. We agreed on a delivery date mid October to early November. Yesterday ( September 11) I received a call from the dealership stating the vehicle was in fact there. It had the options I required and then some. Even though I didn’t request the “extras” they stood by the quoted out the door price that was less than what this vehicle would cost. Today, (September 12) I took possession of a beautiful 4 Runner with no issues. Hassle free negotiation and out the door within 2 hours. Great people.
