As always, he is friendly, patient with listening and technical skills that allow him to quickly detect issues and set your expectations about wait time while your vehicle is being serviced. New Purchase 05-29-26 This was my second time buying a car for Dekalb Toyota. I first contacted Dekalb Toyota to inquire about a new Rav4. I was promptly responded to by Nick who I worked with in the pass on my other car. The options that I wanted and the features were taken and within a day I was presented with two different models. It so happens that one model was due to arrive within a week. I was then placed in the good hands of Kalob who was my go to contact for all questions and concerns about the car and dealings. He was prompt in getting back to me about any questions I had. I used an outside source for my loan, and they were very accommodating working with me and getting me all the paper work that I needed to get the deal done including the paper work from the finance office with the final numbers. They even matched the offer for my old car that CarMax had given me. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready and was taken for a test drive. All questions were asked and answered and along with showing all the features of the car. Paper work went smooth and I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. If you are looking for dealership that will take time with your deal and work with you without any high pressure tactics, then you should look at Toyota of DeKalb. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Looking for a car can be a challenging process especially when the car you are looking for is hard to come by and not readily available. This was the case in looking for a 2025 Toyota Sienna. Prior to visiting Toyota of Dekalb, I visited four different Toyota dealerships in the area. Some of the dealerships were not interested in dealing with me, while others took as much advantage as they could due to the scarcity of this vehicle. This was not the case at Toyota of Dekalb. Walking into the dealership I was greeted and introduced to Drew. Drew was more than welcoming with his demeanor and tone dealing with such a hard vehicle to find. Drew took his time asking me what features and options I’d like to see on my new vehicle. He was able to head to the manager who was able to get the process going. About a month later, I stopped in to talk with Drew about any new news about my vehicle. Luck would have it, a few were just beginning the build process. One of the cars was really close to the options that I wanted. Drew was more than willing and went out of his way asking what Toyota of Dekalb could do to make this happen. I presented my options that I didn't prefer on the vehicle and Drew was able to get those changed with his manager. Within a few weeks, Nick and Drew were in contact with me stating the vehicle is in process and being built. I received weekly updates about my vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, Nick and Drew were able to send me the paperwork I needed to finalize the deal on my car. When the day arrived to pick up my car, Drew and Nick were there to assist and help out. Took the car for a test drive without any pressure during the drive. Paper work went smoothly and efficiently without wasting any time. If you’re in the process of looking for a new Toyota, don’t hesitate to give Toyota of Dekalb a try.

Britton, Nick, and Solomon were all amazing!!!!! Incredibly helpful. Britton knows everything about the cars, and was nice enough to hook up both my phones for me. Nick tracked down the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and kept me informed thru text while he did. Solomon explained all the add-on options very well, and was transparent about if theyd *actually* benefit me. This is the second time I've purchased new from Brian Bemis, and I'll keep coming back as long as I'm in the area!
