I had an excellent experience purchasing my truck and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The entire process was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. A huge thank you to Everett G., my Sales Associate, who was fantastic throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered before moving forward. O. Solomon, the Business Manager, was just as great to work with. He made the paperwork and financing process incredibly easy, took the time to explain everything clearly, and kept things moving without making me feel rushed. He made what is usually the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle quick and stress-free. I also want to recognize Sean M., the General Sales Manager, for making sure everything came together and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His professionalism and involvement really showed the level of customer service this team provides. From beginning to end, I felt like I was being taken care of rather than simply being sold a vehicle. Everett, O. Solomon, and Sean went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I love my new truck and would absolutely recommend working with this team to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Five stars all around!

We had a great experience buying at Brian Bemis Toyota! We started the process in April of ordering and buying a new Grand Highlander. From the first day we went in, everyone was very professional and made the process very easy. There was no pressure on the purchase of the new car and the negotiation process went very smoothly offering both a great deal on the new car and a fair trade in price on our previous vehicle. At no fault of their own, the car did take a few months to come in due to the demand but our Sales Consultant, Jayden, kept us updated through the whole process sending us texts and emails every week or two; making us feel like we weren’t forgotten. She also answered any question we had with fast, friendly, and informative responses. After the car came in, we went to sign papers and the process was no different. Everyone involved made the process very easy and stress-free. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future again.

Good Services

We just purchased a Rav from Everett Garcia at Bemis Toyota. We can not say enough about this young man and our experience. We have purchased many new autos over the years but this was one of the most pleasant, amenable and cordial dealings we have had with a dealership and it's representative. Everett went above and beyond our expectations. Bemis should be very proud of his performance as no doubt his mother would be as well. Thank you for a seamless experience.

I went in for what the dealer called a Pit Stop which is a 1000 mile or 1 month check of the vehicle. The inspection found nothing to be concerned over and while there I had the locking lug nuts that came with the vehicle installed. Happy with DeKalb Toyota thus far. I'll be back in July 2025 for the 6-month service and inspection. I've now been back in for the first 6-month service which is a LOF and inspection. All went well and I'm happy with the service. October now. Just returned from a trip. Drove to/from Rapid City and put on about 1800 miles. The dealer had a free special offering tire rotation and vehicle inspection. So, why not get the tires rotated and the Prius inspected? Went very well. Nothing out of norm and out in about 40 minutes.

The service advisor are very polite and always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Sammy gave much time to answering my many questions and concerns. He was always super helpful and polite. Hopefully the services I had done on my car will keep it running well for a long long time!!
