Great service. Great staff.

Helped me locate my vehicle from out of state and answered all my questions along the way. My salesman Everett was really nice and was the one who personally did the dealer trade to get my vehicle! There was a miscommunication in regards to the status of the vehicle being in transit so there was a delay in getting it, as well as where my trade in value was calculated into the final numbers, but other than that I was pretty happy with how everything was handled with them! Especially since this vehicle was kinda hard to get my hands on

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and I left thinking everything was ok. The technician said they would text me the mechanics notes later. When I got home I got the text. Some items needed immediate attention. Why wasn’t I notified while I was there? Joe Emerich called me to apologize for the slip up. I really appreciated him reaching out to me and I am confident that I will always get the best service at Toyota of Dekalb

Service dept. is always ready to answer all questions concerning my car and service program. The video view of the inspection is great and very helpful to keep me informed of my cars overall condition and wear. Everyone is always polite and courteous, great team. This is what keeps me coming back to Brian Bemis Toyota. Great product and awesome staff.
