We are a toyota family and will use this dealership for our normal fluid jobs and big repairs. If I didn’t like doing my own brakes I would have them do it too. They are always courteous and even though there is a wait sometimes, it’s never outrageous. Sam has been our main service guy the past couple of times and I appreciate him being upfront about stuff. As far as dealerships go, this is one of the better ones.

Had a great experience at Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb picking up a used 2024 WRX Premium. Sean, Aaron, and Solomon were all fantastic — easy to work with, knowledgeable, and none of that typical dealership pressure. The car is exactly as advertised. If you're looking for a used car and want to deal with people who are actually straight with you, this is the place.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealer was very professional and the buying process was shockingly smooth. The price of the Prius was the best I had seen in weeks and agreeing to the pricing took barely any time. I appreciate that no one was pushy when it came to purchasing extra add-ons but they still explained everything thoroughly enough for me to select what fit my needs. Many dealers these days unfortunately try to sneak in unwanted add-on costs but these guys were the best possible experience I could ask for when buying a car.

Jalen was phenomenal to work with! The service department went above and beyond! If you need a new or used car I would definitely come here. I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past and this one feels like what buying a car is suppose to feel like.
