I have to say the Brian Bemis Toyota is the BEST dealership I’ve ever done business with. The service department team is great and are always so friendly and polite when I’ve come in for service, which by the way is excellent, keeping you updated with video or in person. They great me by name, which is so nice, it makes you feel important. If I come through the front door someone usually comes out and holds the door open for me. The people in the parts department are so helpful as well and if they don’t have something in stock, they’ll try to get it ASAP. I always tell everyone how much I love my Highlander and over the years I’ve had several different Toyota models. If anyone is looking to buy an SUV or car I’d recommend going to Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb. I take my Honda’s there as well.
