Jordan was very responsive during our buying process and took time to explain all the options that were available and differences between the different Camry models. Jordan was always quick to return our calls/emails/texts and he was an expert in customer service. Jordan is also very kind, patient, and puts customer needs first. Great experience with Kalob, Nick, and colleagues. No pressure, efficient, friendly, and responsive to my requests. Very competitive advertised price so there was no need to negotiate. Went next door to Dairy Queen for a cherry-dipped and all the financing/paperwork was done by the time I got back. Didn't even have time to check out the Chinese buffet. For all my Chicago people, the drive out to DeKalb is well worth it. You'll end up saving time and money.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service department staff. In and out quick for routine maintenance. The service technician sends a video of what looks good or not so good, including tire tread depth and brake pad thickness. My wife and I have both purchased vehicles here and are very satisfied. Discounted maintenance packages if you pre-pay. Always excellent service here.
