Automotive Administrative Assistant / Guest Services Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Administrative Assistant / Guest Services Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and assist with data entry for sales and service departments.
- Support dealership staff with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area and guest lounge are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
