Everyone has been super nice at Brian Bemis Toyota! I've taken my truck there twice now because I have a warranty and most things are free for me. A special shout out to a guy named Sean or Shawn (I don't know how to spell his name) but he showed me how to change my settings and explained that the maintenance light comes on when it's time for an oil change. I had no idea!

Anytime we need service on either of the two Toyotas that we purchased at Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb, I will always ask for Shawn. All of the service people are very nice but I really like Shawn. He goes the extra mile to make bringing in our cars as easy as possible. He represents trully great customer service and that brings us back to Toyota of Dekalb whether we are purchasing a new vehicle or having one serviced

Kyle and Jordan were very patient and professional during my car buying process. Jordan in particular had great energy and was a pleasure to work with.

I went in for what the dealer called a Pit Stop which is a 1000 mile or 1 month check of the vehicle. The inspection found nothing to be concerned over and while there I had the locking lug nuts that came with the vehicle installed. Happy with DeKalb Toyota thus far. I'll be back in July 2025 for the 6-month service and inspection. I've now been back in for the first 6-month service which is a LOF and inspection. All went well and I'm happy with the service.

Excellent in all aspects

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service department staff. In and out quick for routine maintenance. The service technician sends a video of what looks good or not so good, including tire tread depth and brake pad thickness. My wife and I have both purchased vehicles here and are very satisfied. Discounted maintenance packages if you pre-pay.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Paola Leon - Sales Associate at Toyota of Dekalb, the address is at 1890 Sycamore Road in Dekalb Illinois and I can honestly say it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!
