I've been going to Toyota of DeKalb for service for close to 10 years, for our Lexus and Toyota vehicles. The service advisors - Kyren, Sam and Sean - are quite helpful, informative and do not apply the high pressure for service recommendations to be done immediately. They have been upfront on how soon various services "really " need to be done. This has been a "blessing" for our frighteningly tight cashflow. Ken, the service manager, really knows his stuff. Atticus, one of their master service technicians, is very good! Joe and the owner have cultivated a professional, comfortable, customer-centered service experience, with the added bonus of offering interest free loans on repair work. I recommend Toyota of Dekalb service without hesitation!
