I was very happy with the service I got at this tayota location. The people who work there are friendly, act very professionally, answered any questions I had quickly and fully, talked to me about what was done with the car, and made it a good experience. I did have to sit there for a couple hours because they were busy and we had asked them to do a lot for the car. They were very thorough. But, they provided popcorn, drinks and a comfortable place to sit, with outlets for our laptops. Can't ask for better. And, I didn't feel that I was talked down to as a woman, which I appreciated as someone who has heard it from other places.

Great experience buying from Toyota of DeKalb! I drove an hour to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. Nick (the sales rep) was an excellent communicator who helped quarterbacked the entire process making it easy, fast and stress free. Jordan, the product specialist took me on the test drive, which was a nice change of pace from previous buying experiences. He didn’t pressure. Instead he educated me about the vehicle, different trim levels, accessories, etc. Solomon, the sales manager helped bring the deal to a quick close without a bunch of back and forth. Super appreciative to the team that helped. Highly recommend!

This dealership is a little far for us but the drive was all worth it. Chance, Jay, and Solo were very friendly, honest, and professional when my husband and I got our Sienna. The staff makes you feel like family and you can see and feel that everyone enjoys working at this dealership which makes the customer experience 100% better.
