Sales Customer Service Product Specialist

• Meet with guests and advise/educate them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
• Serve as an educated guide by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
• Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
• Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features and setting up Toyota Connected Services.
• Continuous education on all new products, features and accessories with Toyota, TCUV and pre-owned vehicles. Attend product and training courses.
• Duties as become assigned by Team Leaders.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at last 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability and desire to create a world-class guest experience in every interaction.
• Ambition and drive to accomplish individual goals and excellent level of service.
